The course contains 10 bite-sized modules called Crowns. Each Crown focuses on a different confidence or life-skills topic.
The core video lesson for each Crown is designed to be approximately 5–7 minutes long.
Each Crown includes a short video lesson, workbook activities, a Queen Challenge, reflection activities, and progress tracking. Students also work toward earning a Crown badge for each module.
Yes. Workbook activities are part of the learning experience. The course is designed to support both downloadable worksheets and online activities where available.
A Queen Challenge is a practical activity connected to the Crown lesson. It encourages students to apply what they have learned in everyday life.
